Atlas Ward are responsible for the design, fabrication and erection of 1200 tonnes of structural steelwork for this project.
The project measures in excess of 397,296 sq ft.
In total, Atlas Ward has designed, fabricated and erected in excess of 4,500 tonnes of structural steelwork for the development and covered an area of over 1,536,288 sq ft.
Similarly, with the previous two projects, Zone C, Plot 1 is also being built on a speculative basis.
Existing occupiers on the site include Bosch Siemens Homeware and Wincanton.
