The Project forms part of an ongoing programme of speculative development being undertaken by ProLogis this summer, currently onsite building 4.5m ft2 of new warehouse and distribution facilities, creating 11 new buildings.
‘ProLogis Park Kettering’ is strategically located off Junction 7 of the A14 east west trunk road, along the A43 towards Kettering, which links with the M1, junction 19, at Rugby (20 miles) and the A1, at Huntingdon (27 miles) providing excellent communications for the logistics industry.
