Project Overview - Unit 1, Max Park

This was our first project with McNicholas and Rosemound Developments and is on an extremely challenging programme.
The 14,500m2 warehouse is 97.5m wide formed in 3 no. 32.50m spans, 148m long formed in 19 no. 7.80m bays, 13m high to the eaves and includes a 3,100m2 mezzanine to one end of the building.
The scheme also includes a two-storey office block with a gross floor area of 400m2.
