Production is undertaken at our modern well-equipped Works by 120 trained and experienced operatives.

The key points of our production facility include ;

• A 10,000 sq m loading and despatch area for marshalling / packing / loading
  
  
• A 12,000 sq m production works
  
  
• An output of 30-35,000 tonnes per annum on the basis of a multi-shift system to allow flexibility and capacity
  
  
• An in-house quality testing department, undertaking the ultrasonic and MPI testing of structural welds, physical dimensional checks, and thickness/quality testing of suface finishes
  
  
• Production runs on bogie lines to reduce manual handling and increase efficiency to output in excess of 650 tonnes per week
