'Atlas Ward to build largest bonded warehouse in Europe'

Atlas Ward has recently started work on the largest bonded warehouse in Europe alongside a world-class bottling plant.
The project is based in Avonmouth and was awarded to them by main contractor Fitzpatrick Contractors on behalf of developer Goodman.
The Ultimate Client is Constellation Europe one of the largest drinks companies in Europe and is part of Constellation Brands Inc the largest wine company in the world and a leading producer and exporter of wine from the USA, Australia and New Zealand.

'Atlas Ward takes a swing at a new state-of-the-art sports complex in Scotland'

Atlas Ward is currently working on a project to build a mammoth new public sports complex in East Kilbride.
The Playsport Scotland project was awarded to them by main contractor Sir Robert McAlpine on behalf of joint venture, Playgolf Kilmartin Ltd.
The new sports complex will include a 9 hole PowerPlay Golf course, featuring full-scale tributes to some of the UK’s best-known links holes, plus a 58-bay golf driving range and a golf academy.
This new venture for East Kilbride will cater for sports enthusiasts from beginners to expert, and will benefit communities across Scotland.
It is a partnership development between Playgolf (Holdings) Plc, Kilmartin Property Group and South Lanarkshire Council.

'Atlas Ward invest in Visual Weld Inspection Courses for their employees'

Visual Welding Course

A number of Atlas Ward employees have recently attended Visual Weld Inspection courses.
These courses were presented by a representative of the TWI (The Welding Institute).
23 employees which include welders, fabricators and site managers attended these courses over the 2-day period and have now received certificates of attendance from TWI.
